SHAMPOO SEBIPROX 1% 60 ML – CICLOPIROX OLAMINE

A chronic skin disease, seborrheic dermatitis corresponds to the appearance of red patches, covered with white or yellowish dandruff on areas of oily skin (scalp, face). These lesions appear by flares.

What are the symptoms ?
The clinical manifestations of seborrheic dermatitis differ depending on the affected body area. As a rule, skin disease first affects the scalp. In this case, the skin condition is easily recognized by the white dander (dandruff) and the itching it causes.

Description of SEBIPROX 1 PERCENT SHAMPOO 60 ML

Sebiprox 1% shampoo contains a component called ciclopirox olamine, it belongs to a group of medicines called ” antifungals “. Sebiprox shampoo 1% is recommended for scaly, red and itchy scalps (called seborrheic dermatitis).

Using advice and opinion on SHAMPOO SEBIPROX 1 PERCENT 60ML

• Use SEBIPROX shampoo 2 to 3 times a week for 4 weeks.
• Use the SEBIPROX shampoo only on your hair, on the scalp and on the adjacent areas if they require it.
• You can use a mild shampoo on days when you are not using SEBIPROX shampoo.

Composition of the SHAMPOO SEBIPROX 1 PERCENT 100 ML

The active substance is : ciclopirox olamine 1g per 100g.

The other ingredients are : lauril ether sodium sulfate 70% cocamidopropyl betaine, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, citric acid monohydrate (to adjust the pH), coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, hexylene glycol, oleic alcohol, polysorbate 80, polyquaternium 10, AF 17050 fragrance (containing in particular dipropylene glycol), sodium hydroxide (to adjust the pH), purified water.

Excipient with known effect : dipropylene glycol (contained in AF17050 perfume).

Precautions for use

• If you accidentally swallow SEBIPROX shampoo : the ingredients in SEBIPROX shampoo are not known to be harmful if swallowed in small quantities.
• If you accidentally have SEBIPROX shampoo in your mouth, rinse immediately with water.
• If you accidentally swallow a large amount of shampoo, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.
