Orders, Prices and Payment
Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and color matching are accurate. However, all measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colors is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Products are packed for Lithuania market, that means the box and (or) information leaflet sometimes are only in Lithuanian language. In this case please refer to this listing description. Everything important is translated here. The picture is for illustration only. The packaging can be changed by the manufacturer.
You can make your orders via our online shop or via e-mail. The order form need to be filled properly what is a main condition to realize your order. By placing an order the customer accepts these rules of our company. After accepting the order we reserve the right to contact you to confirm the order and arrange shipping.
We accept payments by visa cards, master cards and PayPal via very safety gateway – PayPal. The PayPal gateway service provides buyer protection policy. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
To cancel your order you need to inform us by email before shipment orders.
Returns are accepted within 60 days from the date of purchase. Only brand new, not opened, unused items are accepted. Postage will not be refunded. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage of the product during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
In case when the parcel is lost, we do provide 100% refund. The parcel loss is recognized by Lithuanian post after 90 days when the international parcel searched form is submitted. An International parcel search can be opened when 30 days has passed after parcel delivery to the post office.
We value your privacy. We will never give, lease, sell or otherwise disclose your personal information. The payment area is secured using industry standard Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL). This security technology encrypts your personal information including your credit card number, name and address, ensuring that nothing can be read as it travels over the Internet.
Cookies assign a unique identification to your computer and store the details on your hard drive via a facility in your web browser. The cookie does not contain any personally identifying information but does permit our website to recognize you each time you return to our website.
